Falcon Proud to Celebrate Committed Coaches and Advisors!

At the November Board Meeting, Ms. Monica Deeb, Director of Student Activities, and Salisbury Township School Board Member Mr. Joe Gnall recognized individuals who have served as advisors and/or coaches in Salisbury Township School District for fifteen or more years.
The following individuals were recognized:
  • Mr. Mike Pochran
  • Mr. Mark Allinson
  • Mr. Stephen Hilaire
  • Mr. Barry Frick
  • Mr. Rick Babyak
  • Mr. Mike Barna
  • Mr. Stan Griffis
  • Mr. Scott Heppenheimer
  • Mr. Paul Koba
  • Mr. Gregory Laub
  • Ms. Rachel Reinecke

Ms. Monica Deeb said, “Salisbury is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated group of coaches and advisors. I am thankful for everything they do for our students.”  Mr. Joe Gnall shared, “Having the opportunity to recognize so many committed coaches was a wonderful experience. They are teachers in this role as much as any other and the lessons of leadership, work ethic, and commitment that they share last a lifetime.”  Thank you to all of our coaches and advisors who provide opportunities for our Salisbury learners!

Each honoree received a Falcon polo and award. The names of these advisors were added to a plaque which will be showcased in the administration building.

Thanks for Joining Us for Thanksgiving Lunch

Our faculty and staff enjoyed serving Thanksgiving lunch to our students and their family members!  Our Child Nutrition staff prepared a special Thanksgiving meal! Thanks to Chef Dustin for bringing this tradition to Salisbury!

Chef Dustin said, “Preparing and serving Thanksgiving lunch to the community here in Salisbury was a group effort on many levels. From our amazing kitchen staff that spent countless hours preparing the meal, to our wonderful group of volunteers who served the students and parents during the lunches, and all the district staff who coordinated the many moving parts of the day.  We all came together to create a special day for the students and their parents that will be an annual Salisbury tradition for many years to come!”

Thanks for supporting our 3rd Annual Community Breakfast!

What a wonderful breakfast we had at Salisbury High School on Saturday, November 11th. Volunteers from the District and Salisbury Township served pancakes, sausage, and eggs to residents.
